Data back-ups are carried out every 15 minutes by Iron Mountain Software in 3 different locations, nationwide. The same data back-up system recommended and used by Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Our accounting module provides real time reporting of your entries by event date, booking date, date range etc. It is a fully searchable, accounts database, providing you with all the data you need on any entry at any time including time stamps and deliveries of the email confirmations to your riders.

Easily enter new riders & owners, postal or phone entries, into your class lists and database. Once they have entered one event, you never need enter them again. Class lists are also automatically generated every time an online entry or postal/phone entry is made.

With the addition of My Riding Life software, your marketing database will always be kept up to date automatically.

Every time a rider moves house or changes their mobile telephone number, it is updated directly on the MSS database for you. You'll also be able to upload the latest timings and results direct to your website. Times are updated and old times removed every few days. MSS also provides a results archive automatically plus photographer links so riders can capture their moments in print.

The application includes an Automated Times module which includes Dressage start times and SJ running orders.

MSS also gives you access to a vast database of 500,000+ riders, horses, trainers and owners, both affiliated and unaffiliated, to promote your event, clinic, venue etc.
